Laos!!! What's up!!!

Our first night in Laos was definitely interesting. In bed by 830 earliest nigt I've ever had!!! Pictures below of the view from the hotel of the Mekong river and the mountains. And tere were a bunch of little boys waiting to take our bags to the hotel. So we have them our bags to carry. Unfortunately I got confused about the currency and handed the kid $25000 and Danielle paid the other one $10000. So the next day Danielle's boy asked for more money hahahah. So she gave it to him.

And Danielle is clearly lying. The guy at the border wanted to marry me. I politely declined. Haha.

We spent another 6-8 hours on the Mekong delta river. Saw some water buffalo!!! Definitely a highlight especially from watching veggie tales as a kid! And then ate some the previous night.

We stopped at a cave temple some pictures below!! There were over 2000 Buddhas in this cave temple

We then arrived to Luang Prabang. A much bigger city compared to where we were last night. Nook- our tour guide brought us on a tour of town. And brought us to do a shot of whiskey and snake blood. Grosssssss!!!! Of course Danielle and I did it - costed just over $2. Such a bargain haha

Tonight we r headed to dinner and nigt markets. There is a town curfew at 1130 so our tour guide,Tara, is taking us out at 1130 to go to a bowling alley for tourist tonight!! Very excited!!?
